Power supply: A complete Pneumatic Compressor System and its associated devices will supplement each machine driving system. The Electro Pneumatic Boom Gate’s installation requirement is for a single-phase power supply of 220 volts and 50/60 Hz. We may also provide you with the appropriate system for the available electricity. Reliability and Durability: The SOFAB Electro-Pneumatic Boom Gates is extremely durable and reliable as it is built to very high manufacturing standards with the finest materials. In case of power loss: In case of total electrical power failure this SRB has the capability to continue and function and have 60 or more full cycles of Deploying and Lowering with the standard system provided with the unit. Warranty: Standard SOFAB 2 years upgraded to 10 years	Automatic barrier with a built in magnetic encoder system to detect any obstacles and command the movement reversal, as required by the EN 60335-2-103 norm related to automatic barriers. The PRESIDENT barrier reverse its movement even when it detects an obstacles during the last 5 cm of its run. The cabinet is made of cast aluminium and steel, covered with a coat of epoxide paint. UNDERGROUND OPERATOR FOR SWING GATE The MAGIC actuator is specially designed for operating swing gates or doors with charm and elegance. MAGIC is special because it can be installed on existing gates with the proverbial greatest of ease; simply cement the foundation box into the ground with the reducer, then secure the attachment to the gate leaves. Once the unit has been installed, only minimum maintenance is required, while the reinforced cover, mechanical design of components and anti-corrosion treatment protect it against water, dust and rust. The MAGIC REV. also features a mechanical clutch (due to the reverse function, installation of this model also requires the fitting of an electric lock to the gate). In the event of power failure, simply use the special key to open the electric lock and push the gate. The MAGIC IRR. is not equipped with mechanical clutch (installation of this model also requires the installation of a board with electric clutch). In the event of power failure, simply operate the release to move the gate leaves. The adjustable mechanical stops supplied ensure the correct gate position during both opening and closing; no need to install mechanical stops on the ground. SLIDING / SWING GATES	OPERATOR FOR SWING GATE The magnetic ENCODER indicates when the gate comes into contact with an obstacle, and reverses the movement (as required by new European regulations EN12453, EN12445 and by American regulation UL325) without the need to fit edge sensors. The ENCODER combined with the KS2 24V control board allows also to obtain the ABIS anti-intrusion alarm system (patented) which detects any attempt by vandals to force the gate leaves open. The control board detects the attempt to force the gate open and automatically operate the motors in the opposite direction to counter the movement. At the same time it activates a sound alarm (optional - code ACG2278) to signal the break in attempt. The low voltage motor combined with the ENCODER allows slow-down of the gate in approaching to the final positions, giving the movement a still greater sense of safety and fluidity. Key release provided. PRINCE, with the optional buffer batteries, mean that black-outs will pass totally unnoticed. In fact it is possible to do up to 90 cycles during the black out period. PRINCE can work without batteries too. SUPER is designed to operate gates weighing up to 3600Kg. Once installed, the unit only requires occasional maintenance to ensure efficient, optimal service. In over two decades of production, the Super has undergone only minimal modifications (mainly to its outer design), remaining one of the most successful and renowned RIB products throughout the world. With its oversized mechanical components and ventilation system, Super is ideal for heavy-duty sliding gate operation, day in, day out. In the event of power failure, simply open the guard with the key supplied, rotate the release knob, then open the gate manually. Large gates require extremely precise limit switches; that’s why the Super uses micrometric adjustment to ensure that opening and closing operations are perfectly suited to the gate type.
